As some offices close or reduce hours around the country, many of our users are working to leverage ecommerce and direct-to-patient shipping options to continue to generate practice revenue.
As a reminder, direct-to-patient shipping is available via CLX’s marketing feature set including your personal webstore, subscriptions, exam-only patient protect reminders, and automated text and email reorder notifications. Utilizing these tools gives your patients the ability to restock their contact lenses and allows you to generate revenue at this time while in-store traffic may be low.
